General Information
Free Parking
With 6 spaces for 6 bedrooms we have a free parking space for every room.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2 pm until 6 pm however earlier or later arrivals are available upon request.
We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10:30 am on your day of departure it may be possible to leave your car with us a little longer dependant on arrivals we have coming in.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your stay, you must confirm your intention to cancel, to us, in writing, by email, as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge for the booking in line with the cancelation terms agreed at time of booking.
Travel Insurance
You, and the other members of your party, are advised to take out personal holiday cancellation insurance against events that might result in a need to cancel your stay.
National Lockdown
In the event of a national lockdown that coincides with your stay, where you are unable to travel, and we are prevented from opening, we well cancel your booking with no charge.
Cancellation by Us.
If we have to cancel or cut short your stay due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to an Act of God, Fire, Flood, War or Acts of Terrorism, you will not be charged for your say and we will not be liable for any other claim for loss by you.
Dietary Requirements
We are generally able to cater for many dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free diets but please let us know in advance of any requirements and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Payment
No payment is needed upon booking; payment is taken during your stay by, cash, debit card or credit card.
Toiletries
We don’t have any of those tiny bottles that there is just never enough of, we have generous pump bottles that have plenty for even the longest of hair. Having a separate shampoo and conditioner was a must as we feel that combining is just cheating! So when you come to Avonlea don’t weigh yourself down with toiletries, leave yours at home and come and try the sensual opulence that is H2K of Harrogate.
